Grade 5 Alloy (6Al4V) titanium core with our secret "in-house" TRD treatment process adding greater wear resistance and a darker look.

Brass alloy 260 also known as "cartridge brass" scales.  All of the great brass hues, with much better strength and wear resistance in comparison to common brass alloy 360.  

Scales are custom etched, acid washed then tumbled giving a textured patina feel. Both the titanium gate and titanium fasteners are custom anodized for a striking look.

Strato Cores

We're excited to offer 2 core variants for the Strato-Biner. The titanium core will offer a lightweight and sleek design and in contrast, the the tool steel cores will offer greater strength, wear resistance and utility. The Tool Steel Strato core also offers extra jimping and a pry bar for more utility and function.

Strategic Jimping

The design is a result of a multitude of ergonomic tweaks. Jimping is strategically placed for the various utilities within the design.

Asymmetrical Gate Design

We've designed an integrated, asymmetrical gate that offers great torsional rigidity for a lifetime of use. 

Gate is made from grade 5 Alloy (6Al4V) and features an ambidextrous design allowing positive action right or left handed.
